Officer Garcia Avelar has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2023 and has supported her contract since 2021. Since the start of her employment, Officer Garcia Avelar has selflessly served her contract, volunteering for extended hours and going the extra mile for the company as well as her fellow officers. With her “can-do” spirit we know we can count on her to step-up to the plate, as she has done countless times, to assist without prejudice and with her winning smile. While supervising an event, she was constantly responding outside her assigned area to assist with medical emergencies and delivering water and refreshments to the officers working in the record-breaking heat of the Nevada desert. We want to thank Officer Garcia Avelar for her exemplary performance, professionalism, leadership, dependability, and initiative. Officer Worthington (NM)
Officer Worthington has been a dedicated DPC employee supporting his contract since 2022. We are proud to recognize Officer Worthington for his exceptional courage and quick response during a high-stakes incident. When a Law Enforcement officer responding to a building call was injured during a struggle with a suspect. Officer Worthington did not hesitate to step in, providing crucial assistance and helping to prevent a potentially tragic outcome. His bravery, professionalism, and commitment to protecting others reflect the highest standards of his role. Lt. Alford (OH)
Lt. Alford has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2018 and has supported his contract for over eight years.

Officer Ndemah (DC)
Officer Ndemah has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2019 and has supported his contract for almost 10 years. Officer Ndemah consistently exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism and reliability in his role. Always looking sharp in his uniform, Officer Ndemah brings a sense of pride and dedication to our team. His extensive knowledge and expertise enable him to handle any challenge with ease and confidence. Site Supervisor Wilson (DC)
Mr. Wilson has been a dedicated member of the DPC team since 2022. Mr. Wilson has gone above and beyond for his contract, demonstrating his dedication and reliability; always representing himself and the DPC team in a positive and professional manner. Despite having reduced numbers, Mr. Wilson has taken on multiple extra hours to ensure all contractual obligations are met. While in his position, Mr. Wilson has been able to repair a fractured relationship with the client and the local management team. The client often sends praises for his work and expresses their happiness with his leadership. Officer Bernier (NM)
Officer Bernier has been a dedicated member of the DPC team since 2021 and has supported his contract since 2019. While performing screening functions, Officer Bernier scanned a package which appeared to contain an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). Officer Bernier quickly notified the client of the situation, and the designated bomb squad was dispatched to the location. The package was taken into client custody and turned out to be a faked bomb with no live explosives. Officer Bernier’s attention to detail and due diligence stopped a threat. His actions inspire our commitment to our purpose. For this reason and more, we recognize Officer Bernier for his vital contributions to the contract and the DPC Family.
Officer Richardson (OH)
Officer Richardson has been a dedicated member of the DPC team since 2018, and has supported his contract for almost 10 years. During his years of service, he has not only fulfilled the requirements of the contract but has gone above and beyond, leaving a lasting impact. As a seasoned professional, he has guided and inspired his fellow officers, sharing vast knowledge and real-world experiences. His ability to build trust and instill confidence in others is commendable. Officer Richardson is a motivator and teacher. His positive outlook on life, combined with a touch of humor, creates a supportive environment. Officer Capobianco (RI)
Officer Capobianco has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2022. As a retired police officer, his law enforcement background brings invaluable expertise to the table. His unwavering alertness and awareness make him a true asset. Officer Capobianco never hesitates to take on tasks and responsibilities. Recently promoted, he has demonstrated remarkable versatility. His team relies on Officer Capobianco’s dependability and respectfulness. Officer Capobianco has consistently made significant contributions to his team; his willingness to share knowledge with less experienced officers is commendable, fostering a collaborative environment. Capt. Livengood (WV)
Captain Livengood has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2020 and has supported her contract since 2017. In October 2023, Capt. Livengood exhibited exceptional planning and supervision skills during a critical public event at her site. Despite minimal notice and ever-changing event details, Capt. Livengood’s commitment shone through. Remarkably, she even canceled her scheduled leave to coordinate security for this significant occasion. The event unfolded seamlessly, earning accolades from the client for an outstanding job by the Security team. Capt. Livengood’s steadfast devotion to the contract significantly contributed to the event’s success. Her proactive approach and consistent exceptional service have been evident on multiple occasions. Officer Jones (NM)
Officer Jones has supported his contract for over 25 years. He has represented himself in a positive and professional manner and has been an example to his fellow officers. Officer Jones consistently shows up to work with a cheerful disposition and informed of the needs of the clients he supports. Officer Jones excels in well-organization and control of the crowds awaiting to be screened; Clients have full confidence in Officer Jones maintaining the safety of the facility. Officer Jones treats his colleagues, the client, and visitors with respect and dignity; he reliably performs his security duties while maintaining courtesy to others. Officer Yocum (IA)
Officer Yocum has supported his contract for a little under a year. Officer Yocum comes to the DPC family with a strong military background, corrections, and security experience. Office Yocum has assisted in training new employees in defensive tactics, on the job training, as well as instructing other topics. Officer Yocum has represented himself in a positive and professional manner and has been an example to his fellow officers; he looks sharp in his uniform and is always vigilant and attentive when conducting his duties. Officer Yocum consistently identifies prohibited items and is extremely vigilant when monitoring cameras. When he approaches visitors, Officer Yocum interacts with them in a polite and professional manner. Officer Easley (AZ)
Officer Easley has been a dedicated DPC employee since the inception of the Arizona contract. Officer Easley has displayed exemplary performance, dependability, and individual initiative; because of this, she receives constant kudos from her supervisors and the client. In April, we received communication from the client, wanting to recognize officer Easley for a job well done during an internal operation. During this operation Officer Easley’s attention to detail and professionalism allowed the client to expedite their internal processes, and saved them a considerable expense. Officer Easley performs her duties without question and is extremely attentive to her fellow Officers’ needs when performing as Lead. For these reasons and more, we recognize Officer Easley for her continued contributions to the contract and the DPC Family.
