Site Supervisor Wilson (DC)

Mr. Wilson has been a dedicated member of the DPC team since 2022. Mr. Wilson has gone above and beyond for his contract, demonstrating his dedication and reliability; always representing himself and the DPC team in a positive and professional manner. Despite having reduced numbers, Mr. Wilson has taken on multiple extra hours to ensure all contractual obligations are met. While in his position, Mr. Wilson has been able to repair a fractured relationship with the client and the local management team. Officer Bernier (NM)
January 2024
Officer Bernier has been a dedicated member of the DPC team since 2021 and has supported his contract since 2019. While performing screening functions, Officer Bernier scanned a package which appeared to contain an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). Officer Bernier quickly notified the client of the situation, and the designated bomb squad was dispatched to the location. The package was taken into client custody and turned out to be a faked bomb with no live explosives. Officer Bernier’s attention to detail and due diligence stopped a threat. His actions inspire our commitment to our purpose. For this reason and more, we recognize Officer Bernier for his vital contributions to the contract and the DPC Family.

Officer Richardson (OH)

Officer Richardson has been a dedicated member of the DPC team since 2018, and has supported his contract for almost 10 years. During his years of service, he has not only fulfilled the requirements of the contract but has gone above and beyond, leaving a lasting impact. As a seasoned professional, he has guided and inspired his fellow officers, sharing vast knowledge and real-world experiences. Capt. Livengood (WV)

Captain Livengood has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2020 and has supported her contract since 2017. In October 2023, Capt. Livengood exhibited exceptional planning and supervision skills during a critical public event at her site. Despite minimal notice and ever-changing event details, Capt. Livengood’s commitment shone through. Remarkably, she even canceled her scheduled leave to coordinate security for this significant occasion. The event unfolded seamlessly, earning accolades from the client for an outstanding job by the Security team. Capt. Livengood’s steadfast devotion to the contract significantly contributed to the event’s success. Her proactive approach and consistent exceptional service have been evident on multiple occasions. Officer Yocum has supported his contract for a little under a year. Officer Yocum comes to the DPC family with a strong military background, corrections, and security experience. Office Yocum has assisted in training new employees in defensive tactics, on the job training, as well as instructing other topics. Officer Yocum has represented himself in a positive and professional manner and has been an example to his fellow officers; he looks sharp in his uniform and is always vigilant and attentive when conducting his duties. Officer Yocum consistently identifies prohibited items and is extremely vigilant when monitoring cameras. When he approaches visitors, Officer Yocum interacts with them in a polite and professional manner. Officer Easley (AZ)

Officer Easley has been a dedicated DPC employee since the inception of the Arizona contract. Officer Easley has displayed exemplary performance, dependability, and individual initiative; because of this, she receives constant kudos from her supervisors and the client. In April, we received communication from the client, wanting to recognize officer Easley for a job well done during an internal operation. During this operation Officer Easley’s attention to detail and professionalism allowed the client to expedite their internal processes, and saved them a considerable expense. Officer Easley performs her duties without question and is extremely attentive to her fellow Officers’ needs when performing as Lead. Officer Oden (DC)

Officer Oden has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2019, and has supported her contract for many years. Officer Oden has been a faithful security officer and is extremely reliable. She often holds over to provide needed coverage. Her uniform is sharp, and she takes pride when wearing it. Supervisors did not hesitate to nominate Officer Oden when asked, and stated they never have to worry about any post Officer Oden is covering. Officer Fatunbi (DC)

Officer Fatunbi has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2019, and has supported his contract for over 13 years. Officer Fatunbi has a proven record of remarkable job performance, professionalism, outstanding appearance, and good attendance. In all of his years of service, Officer Fatunbi has worked many posts, all requiring a high level of responsibility. He performs his duties with professionalism, and requiring little to no oversight. Officer Fatunbi immediately responds to calls, is excellent when interacting with building staff, and is always available to help out. Officer Serventi (AZ)
January 2023
Officer Serventi has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2022, and supports a newly acquired DPC contract. Recently, while conducting security duties within the facility, he heard a female yelling for help. Officer Serventi turned and saw a crowd of women; one of the women was holding a child yelling “she’s not breathing”. Immediately Officer Serventi took the child from the female and noticed the child already had discoloration in her face. The crowd was yelling she’s choking on an apple, and Officer Serventi began life saving measures. Officer Serventi was being overcome by the occupants in the area, as they gathered around him. Officer Serventi instructed personnel nearby to call for assistance and to get the subjects back to maintain control of the situation. Officer Serventi applied multiple rounds of the Heimlich maneuver, assessing the child’s condition between each round. He attempted to clear the airway, but with nothing to clear, Officer Serventi initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). After performing rescue breaths, he checked the child’s breathing and at last heard a slight sigh and warmth to his ear. The child began breathing on their own, and the normal skin tone started to return. Officer Serventi placed the child in the recovery position, and turned the child over to medical staff. Officer Serventi’s training and ability to keep his composure in a highly stressful situation, allowed him to save a child’s life. Officer Serventi is the embodiment of the kind of officer Diversified Protection Corporation is honored to work with. Officer McGrew (AZ)
October 2022
Officer McGrew supports a newly acquired DPC contract. Officer McGrew is always on task, actively paying attention to her surroundings, and always presenting in a very professional manner. On one occasion, Officer McGrew was assigned security duties within her facility, and found a female subject lying unresponsive on the floor. Officer McGrew immediately took actions on activating the emergency button to notify medical staff. Officer McGrew evaluated the subject for any life threating symptoms, while keeping the surrounding areas clear and secure. Upon arrival of additional staff, Officer McGrew actively kept aiding in the process of awaiting additional personnel to transport the subject to a medical center for treatment. On a separate occasion, Officer McGrew activated the emergency alarm due to a subject acting erratically. Officer McGrew informed management that the subject appeared to be daydreaming, and attempting to walk through a wall while extending their arms, as if reaching for something. At this point, Officer McGrew immediately activated the emergency alarm in order to notify medical staff and additional support. Officer McGrew took the initiative of obtaining a wheelchair to assist medical staff on transporting the subject for further medical assistance. We would like to commend Officer McGrew on her prompt actions, excellent work ethic, hard work, and professionalism. Officer McGrew has been a vital asset, and has contributed so much in aiding and accomplishing the mission of the contract. For these reasons and more, we recognize Officer McGrew for his contributions to the contract and the DPC Family.

Officer Pham (DC)

Officer Pham has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2017, and has supported his contract for over 7 years. Officer Pham conducts himself with dignity and in a professional manner. He provides leadership and guidance to his colleagues by staying focused on his daily duties, his uniform appearance, and responsibilities. Officer Pham asks questions to avoid confusion and errors before starting a task. He has strong moral and ethical principles, which makes him an exemplary officer. Integrity plays a huge role in every aspect of life, a quality we respect about Officer Pham; always doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. His dedication is observed daily. He is punctual and committed to his job. Officer Pham is always ready to help new personnel, conducting on-the-job training and going over rules and regulations. Officer Williams (DC)

Officer Williams has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2019, and has supported her contract for almost 23 years. During this time, Officer Williams has shown all of the traits of an outstanding officer. Her professionalism, demeanor, and uniform all go hand in hand in making her contract successful. She arrives every day ready to work and perform her duties. Oftentimes, our best go overlooked because they simply blend in. This is not the case with Officer Williams; she brings to work an energy and personality that is hard to miss. Recently, a fire started in a break room and Officer Williams immediately and without hesitation reported to the location. She removed a large fire extinguisher from the wall, and proceeded to douse the flames. By the time the fire department made it to the location, the fire had been extinguished by Officer Williams. After putting out the fire she contacted command to provide a status, and continued to the evacuation point to assist in evacuation efforts. Fairly outstanding! For these reasons and more, we recognize Officer Williams for her contributions to the contract and the DPC Family.

Officer Moore (OR)

Officer Moore has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2020, and has supported his contract for over 5 years. Officer Moore is consistent with executing his duties. Whether he is standing Command, Patrol, or Post; he goes above and beyond to uphold the policies and procedures that are required. His logs are always complete and concise. Officer Moore maintains a high standard of professionalism, attendance, and exemplary grooming. He shows up on time and ready for his shifts, his uniform always presentable. Officer Moore demonstrated effective Emergency Response during a recent on site medical emergency where he utilized the knowledge received from his training effectively, ensuring the necessary steps were taken in assisting the individual who was in fact having a true medical emergency. He is always quick to respond to all incidents that may occur while on duty, following the necessary policy and procedure to ensure the safety of the site and its employees. Officer Moore sets a great example of leadership by assisting with training and guiding our recent new hires. There have been a number of emails received regarding Officer Moore’s professionalism. These include his willingness to go over and above to ensure the necessary steps are taken get visitors, contractors and deliveries processed and to their desired location. Lt. King (VA)

Lt. King has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2017, and has supported her contract for over 21 years. The contact has seen many changes over the last year, but Lt. King never lost focus on the day-to-day responsibilities. She kept officers informed of changes, and assisted site leadership with several obligations. Lt. King’s attention to detail; daily, is impressive to say the least. On several occasions, thanks to Lt. King’s keen attention, over-site, and quick notification, leadership was able to avoid potential financial situation. This type of attention to detail displayed by Lt. Officer Blake (NM)
February 2022
Officer Blake has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2021, and has supported his contract since 2016. In early 2022 and unidentified subject approached his facility with a hand thrown incendiary weapon filled with flammable substances, and was immediately engaged and detained by Officer Blake before he was able to light the device and cause any damage. Officer Blake did an exceptional job of responding to the situation and preventing the escalation of the incident from impacting the safety of the government client, the facility and its tenants. It is with great pleasure we recognize Officer Blake for his courageous efforts and contributions to his contract, and the DPC Family.

Officer Hewett (NY)
March 2022
Officer Hewett has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2020. Officer Hewett is efficient and works extremely hard at all tasks presented to him. He shows great work ethic, dedication, and professionalism. In early 2022, while working a main entry post, an individual attempted to bypass security screening. Officer Hewett gave verbal commands while intercepting the subject. The individual ignored all verbal commands and attempted to proceed through. Officer Hewett placed himself in a tactical position to both stop the individual’s entry and maintain a safe distance. The individual refused to show ID and comply with his commands, but Officer Hewett used exceptional verbal skills to deescalate the situation and encourage compliance. Officer Hewett followed protocol and did an amazing job at keeping his composure, while also commanding his authority. For these reasons and more we recognize Officer Hewett for his contributions to the contract and the DPC Family.

Officer Segovia (NM)
April 2022
Officer Segovia has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2021, and has supported his contract since 2014. In early 2022 while working his post, Officer Segovia witnessed a male subject throwing rocks at the facility’s front window. He quickly exited the facility and engaged the subject, who took off running. After a short foot chase Officer Segovia caught up with the subject and attempted to handcuff him. The subject resisted and began cutting Officer Segovia with a small metal object. Officer Segovia deployed his OC and gained sufficient compliance to get the subject handcuffed. Officer Segovia then contacted EMS and the Authorities. The subject was arrested and admitted to breaking other windows at other Federal buildings in the area. Officer Segovia did an exceptional job of responding to the situation and preventing the escalation of the incident from impacting the safety of the government client, the facility and its tenants. Officer Gibbs (SC)

Officer Gibbs has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2019. Officer Gibbs consistently provides exceptional service during assigned duty in support of the mission. In early 2022, Officer Gibbs played an instrumental role in the detection and detainment of an individual accessing a federal facility with a loaded firearm. The dauntless mindset and resolute decision making of Officer Gibbs and his team thwarted a potential deadly situation, and prevented the escalation of the incident from impacting the safety of the government client, the facility and its tenants. Officer Nzefili (DC)

Officer Nzefili has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2019, and has supported her contract for almost 17 years. During this time, she has built quite a rapport for herself as a superbly reliable, trustworthy, and solid Officer. She is one of our rovers; Rovers have many tasks and responsibilities and are usually unsupervised. It is a position typically reserved for dependable and knowledgeable officers. She is punctual and her uniform constantly clean and tidy. She volunteers to stay if there are call-offs or if there is a need. Officer McLaughlin (DC)

Officer McLaughlin has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2017, and has supported his contract for almost 12 years. Officer McLaughlin demonstrates an extraordinary commitment to his workplace, the public, and the employees at his facility. He recognizes problems and moves quickly and efficiently to provide key information and recommendations when needed. He possesses strong moral, ethical principles, and values; always doing the right thing even when nobody is watching. He is accountable, taking responsibility of all assigned task and always giving accurate reports at the end of each task. Loyalty is one of the many qualities admired about Officer McLaughlin, always being ready to serve whenever called upon and willing to pick up hours when needed. He takes the initiative in performing tasks without questions, and completes all his responsibilities and duties in a timely manner. Officer Dyer (DC)

Officer Dyer has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2017, and has supported his contract for almost 15 years. Officer Dyer acts as the eyes and ears for the shift; monitoring multiple radio communications over several communications platforms while simultaneously observing dozens of security cameras. Whether at the beginning or end of his shift, Officer Dyer can always be seen intently observing the cameras, alert and ready. Officer Dyer makes sure he receives and passes down information; does not leave any question unanswered, and his thoroughness has led to his fellow officers adopting some of his pass down techniques. He demonstrates effective leadership by making sure his work is unquestionable, as well as staying aware of his colleagues. If he notices a teammate falling behind, or failing, he will lead that team mate to success. Consistent professionalism is one of the most sought-after attributes of any employee; Officer Dyer always conducts and presents himself with professionalism. He does his job, meets all of his deadlines, has a clean and pressed uniform, and has the best spit shined boots on contract. Officer Behanan has been a dedicated DPC employee since 2018. Officer Behanan consistently displays a high level of motivation, and willingly assumes additional responsibilities and assists with coverage as needed. Officer Shurm is customer service oriented, demonstrates consistent professionalism and individual initiative. Most recently, he assisted his site and Gov’t client by suggesting a revision to local forms and processes which has greatly aided in improvement of the flow of information to avoid any site access errors. Officer Kahn has been a dedicated DPC employee since October 2020 and has been a great addition to his team. He has been a solid and dependable employee since starting on the contract. Officer Arias provides exceptional assistance to his fellow officers, employees and visitors when he’s called upon. Mr. Villacorta did not start his career in the position he currently holds, it's what he worked himself up to. Through exemplary determination he has pushed himself past many hurdles in order to get the position that he wanted. He spent his time on the job building his knowledge and doing what it takes, until a position was available and he was able to demonstrate his ability to fill that position. Once given that opportunity, he made the best of it without any hesitation and showed he was the right person for the job. During this pandemic he has consistently come into work and addressed the needs of the client and facility visitors. His office’s workload has been high during this pandemic, and Mr. Smith sets an example of outstanding performance by staying late, arriving early, and working after-hours to accommodate and support the client and his team. Mr. Smith had to step-in for the client on numerous occasions to fulfill requests, and because of his dedication and dependability he completed all requests in a timely manner causing no lost time or delays. Officer Erwin has been a dedicated DPC employee since early 2020, and has supported his contract since 2018. Early in his career, Officer Erwin faced challenges, being new to the security industry, but continued to show up day after day determined to be and do his best. He takes directives well and is open to constructive criticism. He has never called out sick, and is the go to officer at his site. He has never been reprimanded or received so much as a complaint. His attitude towards his fellow officers and supervisors is to be commended. Officer Erwin is an extremely loyal person and employee. He shows respect to all he works with and serves. He is one of my most reliable officers; always on-time, always professional, and always presentable. He takes great pride in the way he presents himself and represents this company; everything from the way he speaks to the way he performs his duties. He is a subject matter expert when it comes to working at his site, he is very thorough, and he's everyone's go to officer when in doubt. Officer Pearce is an excellent team player who is always willing to make himself available when the need arises, whether that means assisting a coworker, coming in early, or working on the weekends.
